Could you please read between the lines. Thanks not meant as a wise comment. What I really want to know is, you don't know anything about Mr. Mork, but if you read his press releases, you will see they are upset about the move up in price. Hmmm? I wonder why he's so upset he would file a lawsuit? And as far as reacting as a professionally managed short position goes, I think that the related press release and other bs would lead me to believe that someone is going to fight this one to the nails. JMO

How do you know and what credentials do you have? Are you assuming?

Gee, sorry you took my question the wrong way. Didn't mean to be sarcastic. Forget RMIL/OVIS for a while. Everywhere on SI, folks talks about short squeezes, illegal shorting, etc.

I'm really looking for the honest advise you offer. How does one recognize a professionally managed short position? Are there any current examples?
