sandshark, Could you please read between the lines. Thanks not meant as a wise comment. What I really want to know is, you don't know anything about Mr. Mork, but if you read his press releases, you will see they are upset about the move up in price. Hmmm? I wonder why he's so upset he would file a lawsuit? And as far as reacting as a professionally managed short position goes, I think that the related press release and other bs would lead me to believe that someone is going to fight this one to the nails.
