There is concern re: East Asian demand for cell phones. Think Qcom's phone production per: se is domestic, Sprint and PrimePCS. But there may be some issues re their forward licensing revenues from Korean producers, etc. They set up stations everywhere. These are questions you should ask over on the Qcom forum also, even though they are engineer oriented.

My basic take is that the issue for them remains whether they can get enough cell phone capacity coming in and at good margins. Demand remains great basically. The upside if fabulous but they are just starting to prove themselves in manufacturing phones.
