Normally, in boom n' bust CA, yeah. Nowdays? We're going to be a LONG time climbing out of the worst recession since the Great Depression.

I am not so sure its going to be that long......at least not in CA. Remember.....its CA. They were the first to recover.....before FLA, AZ, and NV.
