Take a long hard look tomorrow....you'll find that Merrill Lynch, Fidelity & Dryfus are part of Integrion already...........yea buddy.........just take a long hard look.

And remember we have to set the 'rules of the road' between the madjor players...who's gonna drive on what side of the yellow line before we let the cars on the highway....once the rules are set.......the protocals established......we can get this show on the road. And Checkfree/Intuit are clearly gonna be madjor players in this historic process.

All IMHO..................ye hah!

Day's not over yet but Intuit.....seems to be drawing positive interest?

I really wonder what that could be all about?

Do any of you ole timers know if Intuit has a shareholder rights plan dealing with a takeover?
