I understand BLM permitting very well, (you will notice that MAXAM is not producing yet? remember the 90 days from the state permit? Larry, call the BLM in Arizona, not D.C.) Let me use Lew's approach. I spent lots of money making long distant phone calls checking on all of this info and I have found out that I am right. You all better listen to what I say, I know what I am talking about because I spent lots of money making these phone calls. If you would spend this much money doing your own DD you would know what I am talking about. Lyco and Bateman are not beyond reproach until I see a press release from them simply stating that IPM is a client. Since you are the resident blowhard expert, you might be right.
