David all good points founded in fact. What surprises me is ZOOM can take ROK crap and assemble it in a way no one else is able to! They constantly win top awards for being the best K56Flex product. All this while being on the loosing side. I believe their engineering talent will be moving over to better technology as the xDSL trend accelerates. By this I mean they will jump off the sinking ship before it goes down! Zoom's management has waited way too long to embrace x2, while their competitors have done so. Should they choose to enter the x2 area...they may find the door locked.
