Hi Terence-- for this I just selected, copied and pasted it directly from the Stockwatch page. It retains its formatting (I select 'Fixed Font' on SI when posting of course). - - - - - I think where you probably have the biggest difficulty (where I used to til I figured it out!), is when posting from other formatted tables. To post them formatted- When on page to be copied: -go up to 'File' (upper left in your browser) -select 'save as' or 'save frame as' from the drop down menu -save as type 'text document' (if available from the list), and -name the file with a '.txt' extension, to ensure the formatting is preserved -find the file on your hard drive now (where you saved it), double click the file, and then your default word-processor will open the file -'select all' of the text in the open file (now in table form) -'copy' the text -'paste' the copied text to the SI post window -select 'Fixed Font' -Submit Voila! -Hope this helps! -J :>
