For nasdaq, yes. It was off when the NQ was at 1645. Most other stocks were green, banks were in the green by far.

The sagging pound foretold poor action in stocks today by quite a few hours. After 10am the pound quickly fell to 1.64; at the same time the NQ traded 1647, thereafter stocks began to sell off.
