If Chrysler or GM want to borrow money again, who will buy the bonds?

I said that the reason Obama would've sided with the UAW (read: the workers) over the debtholders is because the UAW would've kept the company open. The debtholders more than likely would've shut it down.

It was the debtholders' right to shut them down and liquidate the business if a suitable Ch. 11 process couldn't be undertaken.

Obama corrupted the process by taking that right from the debtholders.

This was the action of a fascist dictator.
