Open the chart with Paint
Click "File"
Click "Save As"
In Save as type click the drop down and select JPEG

I just checked, BMP will work as well, BUT the file sizes are very large.

You should use this program for screen shots:
techsmith.com

30 day free trial, you can save it in about 20 formats.

Best chart file to save as would be GIF, as they are small and load fast.

This is what I use for screenshots/images (free):

irfanview.com

In Windows, you can Print Screen, (or Alt-Print Screen for just the active window), then Ctrl-V into irfanview. Then in Irfanview you can highlight the part of the image you want, Ctrl-X, Ctrl-V so you are working with only the desired content.

You can then resize it and save in any format.
