Agree that Palin used hyperbole. However, it is important to bring to the public's attention the fact that the bill is (apparently) seeking to achieve savings through additional rationing.

In an atmosphere when our politicians pass huge bills of historic significance without bothering to read them, if it takes a little hyperbole to wake up the public, so be it.

Some of her opponents, otoh, by pretending to take her terminology literally, are simply being dishonest.
