Yes, because they see things improving. The sentiment around
this rally is the exact opposite of the sentiment in 1930. Now
everyone is calling it Depression bear market rally, while
the bursts higher are driven by positive earnings surprises
and surprises in economic readings or consumer sentiment.
CNBC is bearish. Back in 1930 it was "blue skies" song. This
market acts like a bull, it's hardly if ever red, every minor
dip is bought.

The printing program is not done yet.

Beware of a cyclical recovery that absolutely nobody expects.
