Yikes, great call! I could have covered Tuesday AM with a pre-open limit order as well, but not even in my wildest imagination did I expect the market to rally like it did!

The powers that be would very much like us to believe we dodged Monday's bullet and the bull is all hunky-dory, once again. I think our bovine friend was grazed (no pun intended), at the very least, and things are much more serious than is being let on via the media. Let's see if a nasty infection sets in.

The increasing volatility indicates a market in which the pros (and obviously not just in America) have lost control (very similar to the large percentage swings a few days prior to 1987's crash). The street demonstrated yesterday that they have regained control again, for now. Notice how they brought it up just below the 350 point upside circuit breaker. Coincidence?

If this little incident hadn't just transpired, I would agree that AOL will likely run to 85 on pre-earnings hype. Now I'm not so sure, though it still might. Some firms holding this issue could begin to sell into the rallies in earnest. Plus, at this point, it seems the market is just as likely to test its lows tomorrow as next month.

Good luck!
