Speaking of which, what ends up happening with the equity in that pig? The chart looks like a classic five-wave corrective triangle. I can't imagine that an overlevered mall owner skates through this without the equity holders getting the royal flush, but that actually requires lenders with the cajones to take over the company instead of offering "extend and pretend."

Anybody got any ideas how to analyze which lenders are actually going to demand ownership of their deadbeat borrowers?
