How many dem presidents were ever given 'names' by the GOPs?
Not that they didn't deserve it, just a case of general respect for the highest office.
Just like general table manners - which I have often detected that dems and their off spring just don't know sh++ about, sitting their with their knives and forks fencing high while talking with their mouths still full...
