One thing they've done well is inventory control. No doubt, the company is transitioning. I think they have done well to conserve cash position, and capital expenditures are reasonable for the new opportunities that lie ahead. There is mention of "digital", that is a major plus. New areas of growth. This stock is beaten down, in major proportion. Other stocks like it, SEEQ, LOGC, are in major turnaround, just on hint of their prospects. Mark
