Bernie did file a lawsuit against IPM if we can believe the Superior Court system -- along with 12 others. He is also sueing the State Bar of AZ and the Committee on Judicial Conduct. The 13 he filed doesn't include the 2 others that his wife filed. IPM was not aware of the suit/s being filed by Lumbert. One of the early suits he did was against Alanco (Bill Allred), when it came to court Mr. Lumbert didn't appear and was dismissed by the judge. If this is the best that the Fiero Boys can get going, they are desperate.
