That's exactly what we found in the Metroplex. It took hours to get things done in the HEB area (between Dallas and Ft WOrth). They used to play a movie to watch while you waited... and by the time CW got his license we had seen Sandlot three times and Batman twice. Then we discovered that if we went to Lewisville, there was usually no line at all, and the people were friendly and efficient. Totally different. No movies in Lewisville. I guess they could show cartoons, or SNL skits or something.
