that the utopian fantasy of a so-called green economy is possible without turning the U.S. into a Third World country. Since when would anyone believe a speaker who tells you a "utopian fantasy" is possible, particularly when the notion comes from the same administration that couldn't quite organize the Cash for Clunkers program and hasn't a clue about how to persuasively sell health care reform. Second, they obviously know we can't go green without going downhill, so the statement is just another lie, without the usual, "let me make this clear" tip-off.
