Society in general is the big winner. Housing bubbles are never good in the end..Neither is debt slavery. Yes the youngest coming out win in a big way. I bet many now in their late 20's, early 30's who bought into the tail end of the boom hook, line and sinker wish they'd been born a few years later. But most will recover and be better for it down the road. Many much older might not have that chance.
