Sheeesh, can't we just go back to the days when they used to ship PALLETS of CASH to Iraq and they handed them out to whomever?

Actually, I prefer the cons getting $250 because I think that money will probably be spent in the U.S.

The billions handed out in Iraq may not help OUR economy much.
