Furred one, There are laws, but the occurrences are so rare that they never get used. Until recently prisoners with time on hands in Canada used to file endless requests under freedom of information statutes, costing millions in copy costs each year as a harassment method. It was stopped by placing a limit on it, and when they got there, it was ended.
So there might be some such rule for frivolous lawsuits in Arkanasa??
