My car insurance for more than forty years is a mutual and I have had Blue Cross for almost as long. Never thought about the implications other than an early fleeting worry about my car insurance that my annual dividend could turn into an annual liability. "Those same individuals, in their roles as voters, being non-decisive, and with fewer exit rights, can control a government-run health insurance system, co-op or not..." Interesting.
