Let me ask you two questions: Do you have a landline at your residence? If so, are you a Vonage subscriber? The only way as a landline provider to gain share in this business is to differentiate yourself -- I believe Vonage has taken this first step. The problem is, if successful, other competitors will copy Vonage and we are back to where we started. If you do have a landline and are an investor in Vonage, you should sign up for the service -- I've had it for almost three years. It hasn't changed my life, but the service has been good and I've been able to save money.
