They probably don't care <But China is cutting way back on the executions, probably because they're tired of all the international criticism > Or perhaps they want to have the fun of lecturing the USA about human rights. There has probably been very little lecturing about human rights by USA diplomats in recent years since naked stacked prisoners of war, being threatened by dogs, and generally demeaned and brutalized were photographed and published [with other photos kept secret].
