OT: We don't fully understand plagues, or even most diseases. Should we just throw up our hands and say "oh well!"? Your post has validity but totally misses the point. As for the politics of the matter, that is a debate best left to the ignorant masses. I don't care about the politics. I just want to understand what's happening and why, something most of the debaters ON BOTH SIDES don't care about. Tell an antiwarming advocate the polar caps are disappearing and they instantly become deaf. Show them and they instantly become blind. As for the next post on the Greenland ice sheet growing, that author, and the article, were thoroughly discredited shortly after it came out. The guy counted pixels on an image to arrive at his conclusion, and he didn't even do it right! edit: Oh wait, this is the "expert" who only looked at the center of the south pole and extrapolated it to the whole world. The center IS growing, but the edges are shrinking much faster.
