Wildcat I havn't read any of the next 10 posts after yours, but.....from experience don't take the brokers advice.
Does anyone remember E.A. Manning etc. etc., boiler room operations. Tell the neighbour to get a real broker. Then if they like the property, maybe, just maybe , buy it.....ask EC first<bg>

well that is sure fire loser...

but a loser will win before he loses..

anybody JV'd with Donner will do 25 points and
there has to be laundry list of those guys..
I think there are actually 12 cos. see the donner
news out tonite..
