Rehman told AP that the Pakistani group were united with the Afghan Taliban to expel America and its allies. "American President Obama and his allies are our enemy No 1," he said. "We will sacrifice our bodies, hearts and money to fight them." Pakistan's Taliban recently confirmed the death of leader Baitullah Mehsud as the result of a U.S. drone missile attack in early August. Amid increasing rivalry for the position, the group said that two men would replace Mehsud, with Rehman overseeing the Waziristan region and Hakimullah Mehsud in nominal control, reports McClatchy.
