Ian, Thanks for Lehman report. When I talked to Sutro last Monday (with AMAT at about 39) he said the top 3 analysts were still a bit too optimistic in his view. I unfortunately failed to ask him who these were. I agree that the bottom will be marked by a chorus of pessimism in the analytical community. In that sense the Lehman report is a contrarian indicator. Any idea who the "top 3" might be? Montgomery, Robertson Stephens, H&Q? My guess is predicated on SV regional advantage more than anything else. SC
