My simplistic observation is merely that regardless if what BB said and where he said it, that the third phase of his scenario, a test of the lows before the market can move substantially higher, is being echoed by a multitude of analysts. This makes me skeptical of that scenario only because in my experience such unanimity of opinion is seldom on target. Of course it can still come to pass and insofar as the first two phases of BB's predection are apparently occuring as he suggested, there is some reason to anticipate the third phase will also occur as stated. Even the astrologers are in agreement that the decline is not yet complete. Skepticism is just reasoned doubt and in this business, it can be an effective tool. Allan
