I don't care what good that man has done, leaving Mary Jo to asphyxiate to get out of a drunk driving is simply inexcusable by any sane thinking person. How he lived with himself after that is a mystery to me.

I am happy to hear they have gotten over this insane notion that giving too much pain medication may cause them to be addicted. I literally screamed at my Aunt's doctor as she lay dying in agony while he explained that to give her more might make her addicted. I believe my exact words to him were if you are worried about her becoming addicted to morphine in the final days of her life then you are just about the dumbest SOB I've ever met. She died 2 days later in absolute agony. We treat our animals better then that for crying out loud.

I'm so glad to see you posting again, Naomi! And I do agree about Ted Kennedy....Mary Jo's mother and father have already passed, and so mercifully don't have to hear all the adulation for him...I just don't know how they stood it!
