Knives will come out. When there is a chase to find "someone to blame for their declining standard of living" Normally they chose an outsider. The devil is always the others. Fact is: in a return to natural size situation there is no one to be blamed it is just the circumstances that have changed as Demographic Window closed. Take those Africans here: They are out of their Demographic Window (which will open about 2085) and there is nothing they can do to improve their plight until then.
