Absolutely, imo he was attempting to thwart all possible questions about who he is-----there was strategy in this madness. jmho

Why was it necessary to make this his Executive Order the day after he was innaugurated?(His first day in office.)

Was this part of his strategy to thwart the legal cases that had been brought during the campaign.

Does this seem strange to others?

Does this not seem rather dictatorial?
