Wouldn't touch anything to do with UNG but in my opinion buying the puts is way to go if you can't find shares to short. Was just providing unsolicited trading advice - LOL

Something has to give with NG. On one hand you've got T-Bone suggesting a "Cash for Clunkers" program to shut down coal plants and most everyone else thinks NG prices will take forever to recover from the new shale supplies.

Can anyone make an argument for NG changing trend and heading higher?

I've read about service costs heading higher (Schlumberger) and steep depletion rates. Makes the conventional NG trend mill seem like a cake walk.
