You can't tell me that EVERY ONE of those extreme right wing gun toters didn't play a little fantasy movie in their head of Obama coming within their range, them whipping out their gat and blowing his head open like a melon at target practice.

Then, they get arrested and become right wing heros. They weigh the consequences, and try to summon the courage..
