Thoughts on a squeeze.

I'm not a trader and will hold my short for as long as it takes for Zitl to return to fair value (my estimate is $5). Nevertheless, I have been thinking about how a squeeze might be accomplished and wanted to get your opinion.

Short Squeeze Scenario #1: Cayman guys open two accounts, one margin and one cash. They put all the shares (think it is around 5 million) into the margin account to increase the number of shares available to short. Let's assume given the demand for shares to short that it takes around 30 days for all the shares to be shorted. The next move would be to transfer all the shares (or maybe 1/3 of the position at a time) into the cash account and force shorts to cover. With perfect timing they could actually move shares back into the margin account to keep the cycle going.

Once they have pumped the price up as much as possible, they would then go short themselves on all the shares they own.

Squeeze scenario #2: Management does the same thing with their 1 million plus all owned by officers in a coordinated way.

whaddya think is this possible?
