This isn't about attaching a name to legislation. You're trying to confuse the issue once again.

This is about using the recent death of a prominent politician to jump-start stalled legislation. It's a complete appeal to emotion.

Ignore all the reasons why the legislation stalled in the first place (Democrats like yourself are still in denial over that, by the way) and just push it through in the memory of "The Liberal Lion of the Senate."

Face it, Democrats are trying to use Kennedy's death to rally their base. You're just acting like Ted, blaming the political angle on the other side.
