LavaLamp: Records? What records? You mean we're supposed to keep records of this stuff?

Uh-oh ....

Lava, I see you're going to make an excellent TA. Keep in mind that CEO TEDennis says he has five key acquisitions planned, which could represent an accumulation of tens of millions of additional shares. At some point we will have to exchange FBN shares with those shareholders. What a bother. What a waste of toner. What can we do?

Sometimes life imitates art...

From the SYCR thread:

==========

Sorry..was going to leave that for you FA people, but shares will be at the exercise prices equal to the fair market value on the date of grant with vesting provisions at varying intervals.

However, since I'm on the subject...thought you might like this...

"The Board believes that the amendment is necessary in order for the Company to have sufficient flexibility in providing for the acquisition of an equity interest in the Company by employees, officers,directors and consultants, thus providing additional incentives and motivation toward superior Company performance."

....don't you just love it...think I could be given options if I promise to hold and not sell?...for the good of the company of course.

==========

I discovered that if I turned my monitor upside down, SYCR has a great looking chart.. Going up and up all the time..:>

Guess that beats standing on your head....(eom)
