I've just been reading about them. Originally from El Salvador, they've now spread as far north as DC, Long Island, and Toronto. knowgangs.com They're bad news for sure, and especially because they seem to not mind going off their traditional turf and heading into other backyards at all. Plus, they're already involved in the Mexican border apparently, human trafficking and all ... Quite agree with your overall points on Mexico and/or a second crash ... it's not going to be pretty.
