After reading tonights post I have come to a conclusion that I hope to be incorrect. There was a post that said Ascend was hiring 200 new employees mainly in the research and development department. Then Chi-X aims me at a insider trading link that verifies 9 million in insider exodus. Are the products at Ascend inferior to the competition causing a loss of market share? Maybe the insiders know the modem war is lost, products not working as they should (Pairgain got a contract as the "cutting edge" for Phoenix) Are we just outclassed product wise? Need some help from the engineeer types on the thread. I want to believe all will be well but it "feels bad". I'm sure this stock is going down more. I also read LSI thread and it is similar but their product line is not in question. Here I am afraid the product line is in trouble. Remember all the overheating talk etc from a month ago or so. If one is to hold you just got to suck it up and wait it out. A long haul I think.
