Carroll. "This agreement is a key component of the recapitalization plan of WINCOM, and represents a significant step forward for the IVDS network and the WINCOM business plan." Assure EC(tm) is manufactured by INFOTEX subsidiary Sistex, Inc. As noted in the Oct. 24 announcement, Sistex President Robert Pollock said orders for Assure EC(tm) are pending from the U.S. Government. Mr. Pollock and Russell Varnado, chairman of INFOTEX, said they are confident the agreement will have broad benefits for Struthers, INFOTEX and Sistex for the goal of totally secure operating systems.
