Your lack of imagination does not constitute an affirmation of the natural virtues of capitalism, it just illustrates that you lack imagination. What's the weather like in the 19th century? For someone with so much more imagination than I, I didn't notice you identifying the alternative that I asked for. I guess your imagination is limited to snarky commments.

a very sheltered life Good for her. Sheltering life is why we have civilization and police and armies. Force is a necessary part of maintaining the synthetic construct of property rights. No need to limit it to property rights, you could say the same about the synthetic construct of the rights to life and liberty.
