Words are funny. Bad behavior is described as "good." Republicans found out (after the fact) that they were deceived.

Makes one wonder........is this just anther bill our representatives failed to read?

These are the facts. Our representatives are either completely inept, or they fully understood what was in the NCLB bill and approved.

As with all congressional "action", it is our duty to find out which, and our right to know.
