If there is money left, refund it to the people from whom it was confiscated.

But first Arkansas must repay the blue states' largesse.

Besides, the money we've spent on wars wouldn't make a dent in the cost of providing health care to everyone who doesn't want to pay for their own.

We spend nearly a trillion on defense each year.......$140 billion of that could go to health care and our defense wouldn't even notice.

BTW Japan spends only $47 billion per year on defense. Why? Because they expect the US to protect them. That's the POS your damn ancestors got us into.

Medicare isn't $36 Trillion in debt because of any war we got in.
