Do you think it will ever be carried out? In my view, it should be. Such arson is premeditated, and the arsonist knows it can kill, therefor the murder is also premeditated. The government is not too nice to people who accidentally start fires. I don't see why it should change its tune for murderers. I think I remember a story that Johnny Cash accidentally set one with his motor home's muffler. He had to pay for it.
