That was exactly what was told to someone I know in Canada who needed surgery to correct a painful problem... he eventually came to the U.S. and had the surgery he needed because his government, who claims to care for their sick, thought it would be better for this guy to die and save the government some money which they could then piss away on some other project... GZ
