E-Trade just liquidated part of my account, too! They claimed I didn't have enough money in my account. True, but whenever you call a broker and put and order in, you can send the cash in within 3 days. I am closing the account and encourage others to do so before they do the same to you.

Haik, if you didn't authorize it then they shouldn't have records of those orders being placed. If you file for arbitration, the arbitor has sufficient power of discovery to make them produce their records.
