Larry was some promoter. He had mines. He chases the golden rainbow. His mines had some problems. Open pits. High cost, in some cases difficult metallurgy. Gold prices took him down in the late 90's. Looked good at first glance. Proves that catastrophic singularities should be planned for and not dismissed as too expensive to take into account.
