Z lives in a modern city where a car is a luxury for the super wealthy who can pay for the parking. Most of them don't have cars either. Funny story - in my drug smuggling days, I was driving from Austin to Del Rio to pick up a load with a NYC dealer. I was kinda tired, so I asked the snotty, condescending yankee to take the wheel for a while. Despite being 25 years old, he couldn't DRIVE! He'd never learned how. Didn't even have a licence. I made him drive anyway, being totally critical and shitty as I instructed him. I drove the entire way back though.
