Thanks, and might Bob someday allow Assistants be added to help the moderator moderate the board?

If I remember correctly Bob has a no-go on post removal by moderators, but if Bob added the IH ban design to set a time period, then this would help stop any run-away posting flame wars especially if the board had more than a single moderator but assistants so a 24/7 watch can be better filled.

Plus an assistant might better serve as the board's "iBox" care taker.
